Glyn is the founder of 6Inset (Carbon Inset) a regenerative farmer, soil food web consultant, and developer of the Jersey Resilience Unit, which rewards verifiable regenerative land management through Environmental, Social, Carbon and Governance (ESCG) funding. He specialises in improving soil health, increasing biodiversity, and delivering measurable carbon removal through practical farming/ land management initiatives. A Freeman of the City of London and member of the 4 per 1000 Initiative, Glyn works to bridge agriculture, science, finance, and policy, helping create resilient food systems while demonstrating how healthy soils can support climate action, environmental recovery, and long-term farm profitability.
