La Sergente

I am a from a Jersey farming family.  I have been around cows and pigs my whole life. My family business is Classic Herd, we are still raising beef. My aim is to raise beef with as much positive environmental impact as possible.

I have been experimenting with conservation at La Sergente in St Peter since 2023, with the help of Piers Sangan from 2025.   Our site is unique because it is a connected 80 vergee parcel of land with a mixture of grass fields, meadows and woodland, with cows and ponies grazing continually on it.
