Laura Hudson

Bats End Farm

Laura Hudson is a grower, artist, and teacher based at Bats End Farm, a 3.5-acre smallholding in Jersey, Channel Islands. Drawing on a decade of heirloom seed production experience with Association Kokopelli in France, Laura specialises in growing and saving heritage vegetable varieties, working within a permaculture and regenerative farming framework. She sells produce, seeds, and edible plants at the bi-weekly Jersey Farmers Market, and delivers Seed-to-Seed, a four-seasons edible gardening programme commissioned by Cultivate, teaching hands-on in Bats End's kitchen garden. Her foodscape design and low-input growing philosophy underpin her work and forthcoming book, Seed to Seed.
