Matt Bartlett is a Chartered Horticulturist and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture with over 30 years' experience in horticulture, conservation and land management. Having worked across Jersey, the UK, France and Australia, his career has encompassed Victorian garden restoration, woodland management, habitat restoration, garden design and landscape architecture, biodiversity enhancement and regenerative land management. As owner of Jersey Fine Tea, Matt combines traditional countryside skills with modern regenerative farming, placing biodiversity at the heart of food production. Passionate about preserving traditional rural crafts, he regularly incorporates skills such as hedge laying into his work to restore neglected hedgerows, strengthen wildlife habitats, improve landscape resilience and reconnect people with the natural environment.
